This isn't purely a translation question. I can't figure out the conjugation or the verb root. Thanks!

I doubt it needs much context, but it's from an FB post on a recent Egyptian court case.

Explanation:
جاء/يجيء

But of course the conjugation in Egyptian gets wonky from there. In most cases though, it follows the same conjugation, but replaces the hamza with ا or ي. Exceptions abound.

A few examples:
أَجِيءُ/أجي
نَجِيءُ/نيجي
تَجِيءُ/تيجي
تَجِيئُونَ/تيجو/تيجم
يَجِيئُونَ/ ييجو/ييجم

This an Egyptian dialect where نيجي means literary means نأتي
The meaning is لننتقل الآن إلى القضية
