Nationalization of the workforce

Explanation:
Greetings.

The equivalent generic term is "nationalization" of the workforce.

(The term has become to seem more palatable and easier to pronounce than its clunkier predecessor term, "indigenization.")

With that in mind, some of the countries in the Gulf region have adopted and use their own variant terms for "natioalization," such as:

Saudi Arabia = al-sauwadda السعوّدة

Qatar = taqTiir تقطير

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Stephen H. Franke

Correction of typo (my bad keystroke)

The term "natioalization" should be spelled as "nationalization."
