legal incidents where there is a direct or causing party Explanation: The word "incident" is more appropriate than "acceident" for it covers the broad meaning that the phrase indicates. Falsification of documents, for example, is an incident rather than an accident and it has legal implications, not necesserly refered to any court, such as internal desciplinary action. I am basing my translation on the logic of the context but I am pretty sure my English phrase is the nearest to the appropriate translation. |
