This is the last article in the tenancy agreement. I don't understand the meaning of the whole article it states:
"ينظر حضرة قاضي الأمور المستعجلة بصفته حكم عادي بأساس كل خلاف ينشأ عن هذا العقد سواء لجهة تطبيقه أو فسخه أو اثبات هذه الأمور."

I feel there is something missing. Or maybe I'm not reading it right.
