1- عناية الشخص العادي = ordinary diligence. من المعجم القانوني لسليمان الفاروقي.
2- إنذار/تنبيه كتابي = written warning.

I believe both words إنذار / تنبيه mean the same:
إخطار رسميّ يعقبه اتخاذ إجراءات قضائيّة في حالة عدم الاستجابة
Therefore, you can use the same translation for both.
