Asker: أشكرك للمحاولة :) ولكن حتى أنا ليس لدي أي محتوى لهذا الكتاب ولكن ورد اسم الكتاب كأحد مؤلفات الكاتبة. إذا فهو مجرد إجتهاد من الجميع والله الموفق :)

An Untranslatable Woman

Explanation:
I would go for the higher level and use the term untranslatable. We could use it metaphorically to denote a situation where women are powerless and thus could not be translated. Again, remember that the word translation or ترجمة in Arabic means a biography or سيرة ذاتية

Biography
(n.) The written history of a persons life.
(n.) Biographical writings in general.

uninterpretable Female

Explanation:
"Interpret" as a verb serves to refer to what would be equivalent to the Arabic verb "فسَّر/يُفسِّر". Throughout my experience I've found it being used with things and persons/persons' feelings, thoughts, etc. To interpret somebody, is to understand them, and since in Arabic, the verb "ترجم/يترجم" is not commonly used with people, and usually means to "understand" in general, I believe "uninterpretable" is the best term to use in this case.
