until today, until now Explanation: Of course, there are other ways to render the phrase, depending on how you construct the sentence. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 mins (2020-05-15 21:23:38 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- For example, if you translate the last clause in the following manner: ". . . although I was at that time most certainly at my very workplace in the Tahrir Complex. . ." . . . it would be possible to insert the phrase "and I still am" either at the end of the clause or after the phrase "at that time." You have a lot of leeway, depending your creativity with the whole sentence. |
