Robbery and looting Explanation: it means (السلب و النهب) , in Iraq we say (البوك و اللغف) , it is kind of corruption yes but this is what does it mean, unless you mean (الرشاوي) then it will be (Bribes), Hope this can help. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2007-07-11 22:15:02 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- by the way (السلب و النهب) (robbery and looting) can include all kind of corruptions even bribes, this is what we say in iraq, cause the guy will take the money from the people to do something for them that he should do it for free, or the people will have no other choice for that but only give the guy money, it means he is looting their money, or when the guy fake some papers to go arround the taxes or to get money for something he didn't do then this is robbery, Hope I explained well, Thank you |
