Yes I have seen that. But the name is إيهاب not إهاب and I have two colleagues in my office who would get very upset to see their names changed to إهاب :-))

I searched more than one hundred reference in Arabic languageto find that إيهاب or إهاب is an inflection of وهب or means giving, bestowal, giving gift, granting or anything like this but the results unfortunately were zero.
