disparaged

Explanation:

have we disparaged our homelands ?

to cheapen, to debase, to depreciate, to devalue

Explanation:
The key to translating the sentence is to decide first which noun is going to be the subject, is it "we" or "our homeland." There is no right or wrong way, but the word you choose needs to be consistent with the sentence structure that you prefer. For instance, you can say:

"Has our homeland so cheapend?"

But you can also say:

"Have we so devalued our homeland?"
