Article 9
The employer and the worker shall be know of the contents of this Law in purpose to be aware of their rights and obligations. And in order to regulate the work a set of these rules shall be displayed at a conspicuous place in every establishment employing more than twenty workers and it shall show the following:

Classification of workers in accordance to their positional categories.
Working hours, official holidays, off days (rest), pay days.
Work shifts
Regulations and rules of attendance, absence tardiness and access control for checking – in and checking out, inspection.
Vacations and eligibility.
Any other details necessitated by the nature of the work.
A set of disciplinary rules shall also be displayed showing acts, offensive, acts of insubordination and workers obligations, and the corresponding cash penalties or disciplinary actions, in accordance with the disciplinary rules issued by Minister of Labor. The said rules and any amendments shall not become effective except after have been approved by the Ministry of Labor

المادة التاسعة
يجب على صاحب العمل والعامل معرفة أحكام نظام العمل بجميع محتوياته ليكون كل منهما على بينة من أمره. وعالما بما له وبما عليه. ويجب فوق ذلك أن توضع في مكان ظاهر بكل مؤسسة تستخدم عشرين عاملا فأكثر لائحة معتمدة من قبل وزارة العمل لتنظيم العمل في المؤسسة تتضمن ما يلي:

تصنيف العمال بحسب فئاتهم المهنية.
فترات وساعات العمل والعطلات الرسمية ويوم الراحة الأسبوعية.
ج- مناوبات العمل.
د- القواعد الخاصة بالحضور والتأخر والغياب والدخل إلى أماكن العمل والانصراف والتفتيش.
هـ – الإجازات وشروط استحقاقها.
و- أي تفاصيل أخري تقتضيها ظروف العمل في المؤسسة.
كما يجب أن توضع في مكان ظاهر بالمؤسسة لائحة الجزاءات تشتمل على الأفعال والمخالفات وعدم تنفيذ الأوامر والالتزامات المكلف بها العامل، والجزاءات النقدية أو المسلكية المقابلة لها وفقا لنموذج لائحة الجزاءات التي يصدرها وزير العمل ولا تكون هذه اللوائح أو أي تعديلات تطرأ عليها نافذة إلا بعد اعتمادها من قبل وزارة العمل.
