Visa for the establishment of ( foreign ) banks Explanation: Admission is for students to universities. For banks the proper term is establishment or foundation. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2006-05-29 09:07:10 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Because of the لـ before البنوك , I have understood this is an authorization for a bank to establish itself in a foreign country.
