Govori se o razlozima visoke stope nezaposlenosti. Jedna grupa razloga odnosi se na kriminal i korupciju, pod kojima se navodi, izmedju ostalih, i 'visok postotak fiktivno nezaposlenih osoba'. nisam veoma sigurna, no ficititous ce se koristiti kada se govori o fiktivnom u smislu laznog ili 'paravanskog' i slično... kao fiktivne firme... s druge strane, rijeci sa korijenom u "fiction" ce se radije koristiti za fikciju - tj. bajka, beletristika, fantazija...

nakon 'entries' svakako treba navesti gdje, sta... dakle, ja bih predlozila nesto kao: high rate of ficititous entries of the unemployed, ili high rate of ficititous entries with the employment bureau
