Повече контекст би бил от полза, но в случая аз лично бих използвал coach potato, тоест човек, който води застоял живот макар и повече на дивана пред телевизора, а не в офиса. От друга страна това, че си канцеларска мишка/плъх не означава непременно, че не спортуваш в свободното време. :)
