extremely Explanation: Since this is the top of the scale, in my opinion this should be "extremely". We don't have a proper form for this, except perhaps "ужасно много" but we won't put that in an official publication, like a questionnaire. Although "извънредно" seems to be more appropriate, it will sound awkward in my ears. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 heures (2016-08-25 23:53:38 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "Изключително много" would also have been appropriate, but one, it's too long, two, it adds nothing to the meaning. I guess Bulgarian is more "reserved". |

a lot Explanation: Since you mentioned that the questions that go with these responses follow the pattern of the last two questions, I'd use "a lot".
