Personally, I've never seen "bill of quantities" as the translation for "pressupost".

agree  Sheila Hardie: or perhaps 'tender specifications' rather than the other way around / I'd maybe say 'estimate' or 'quote' instead of 'budget' here :)

  -> Thanks, Sheila. I prefer to keep "budget" here, for it's normally issued by the company requesting the tender and is normally a fixed amount, broken down, of course.
