I know there's an entry in the glossary, but I don't think this is quite the same context. Not really sure though.

En l'actualitat, la nau que abans ocupava la mercantil XXXX, S.A. l'ocupa l'empresa YYYY, S.A.

Got the definition:
3 ARQUIT En un edifici, espai comprès entre parets, arcades o fileres de pilars o columnes. Una basílica de cinc naus. Una nau industrial.

Would we really say "the nave previously occupied by..."? It would make me think it were a church.
