principal 3º Explanation: Obviously, since they are addresses, they must be left untranslated. These are adresses in Barcelona. And both principal and etlo (entresuelo) refer to floors. Physically, the entresuelo would be the 1st floor, and the principal would be the 2nd floor. If a friend in Barcelona tells you they live in "el segundo piso sin ascensor", you may find yourself having to go up 4 floor levels to get to their flat (it has happened to me!). It is called "Principal" because it was the best flat back in the day. They have higher ceilings and are generally bigger flats.
