Medical - Medical (general) / laboratory tests -- blood count
Catalan term or phrase: Hemograma revisat al MO
This is a Catalan sentence that has crept into a mostly-Spanish medical report (from Barcelona). Under general laboratory reports, I'm looking at complete blood count results, with all of the terms in Catalan but essentially similar to Spanish, and then comes this little phrase:

" ... basofils, neutrofils no segmentats, plaquetes, volum plaquetari mig ... and then this: *Hemograma revisat al MO*. This is followed by Glucosa, Urea, Creatinini, etc.

I also don't know, in particular, what this MO acronym is. I looked in the Spanish medical acronym site Cosnautas, but it doesn't seem to have anything that would fit MO here.

Thank you for your help!

By the way, the preposition 'a' has a number of meanings in Catalan

And thanks to Nigel for suggesting 'optical microscopy' - I thought 'microscopia óptica' meant optical microscope!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks David, the MO acronym could well be medulla ossia ... and I need the whole phrase translated (maybe I didn't make it clear) since I don't know catalan and I need to make sure I get it right.
