Catalan term or phrase: plasticitat
This is from a pretty bog standard tourism text. I have never seen plasticity used in this way before. I would like to get some of your input on what direction I could take with this. TIA!!

My rough draft (last sentence only):
Easter Week is an excellent example of this, it is considered to be one of the most important festivals in the country due to its popularity and the liveliness/rich variety of the festival.

Explanation:
I agree with Alistair that this is about the multiple forms Setmana Santa takes and the many different ways that people celebrate it.

Personally, I'd probably use the word "multi-faceted" to express this, either by saying "the multi-faceted nature of the festival" or by flipping the order of the sentence and saying something like "the multi-faceted festival is considered to be..."
