Hi,

The context is in a sales situation where a customer is describing the salesperson. The sentence is

都是一个人一条龙服务非常快

In Baidu, there is an explanation which seems to say that a Chinese person who goes abroad has a hard time making achievements and is like a dragon, but I don't know if that's what this person means in this case.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The customer is saying that everyone has his/hers own sales person to serve him/her, whatever the customer’s requirement is, it was met very quickly. Here, 一个人, should be referring to a particular sales person, who provides this one-stop service.

I suspect GY Ren is right, but it's just possible that this is a reference to the saying 一个人一条龙，三个人一条虫. One person gets things done, three is a committee. If the context supports this reading, the idea would be that this salesperson is efficient because they have the ability to handle the account themselves, without getting mired in organisational issues.

So one possibility for the sentence would be:
"XX takes personal responsibility for our account, and provides us with extremely fast and efficient service."
