Region*/County/City; Township/Urban Area Explanation: Hello Lincoln, Here's what I have, if this helps: 地區縣市 - Region*/County/City 鄉鎮市區 - Township/Urban Area *I've seen "Area" used for "地區", but "Region" sounds a bit more natural.
