Wellcome China's alignment with rest of the world


Explanation:
Personally I feel a bit uneasy towards the implication of the concept of the world in the text. It sounds like China doesn't belong here (the civilzed world maybe?) or has never been part of the world. This is why I changed it to "the rest of the world". The country may be backward and somewhat underdeveloped, but it has always been and will always be a part of this very same world.
