Chinese term or phrase: 甲方在此不可撒销地同意免除乙方的该等债务。
This is a sentence from a 债务抵消和免除协议 (which btw. I translated as "Debt Offset and Canselation Agreement", but I'm open for sugfestions from more experienced translators).

But the phrase I'm having most trouble understanding (and consequently also translating) is "该等". A translation suggestion and a short explanation of what is meant here would be most welcome.

Thank you, that's how I translated the sentence in the first place, but since it was purely an educated guess, wanted to make sure with the professionals. After all, I usually see 上述 rather than 该等 used to a simillar effect.
