Right of Interpretation Explanation: It means the right to interpret the terms as you like. It is written so that one party can have advantage over the other when disputes arise. It is almost a unique Chinese term. Furthermore, even in China, the person who is supposed to have the "right of interpretation" cannot interpret anyway they like, because they have to follow the general rules of the law. Therefore to some extent the clause is meaningless. |
