Employment Contract for Talents Hired by XX University Explanation: I assume it is XX 大学引进人才岗位聘任合同, “学” does not go with the rest of phrase otherwise. It is just a normal employment contract. “引进人才” means talents hired from outside of the univeristy. Also, in universities, “人才” only refers to professionals that teach in class and do research. Other positions like deans, directors, etc, would be called "干部“ (officers / cadres). They are totally different in official documents and in terms of career. In fact, such contract is no different from those used by companies. But for translation, it is not that complex. |
