Chinese term or phrase: 十分 (utf-8 encoded)
This phrase was taken from the following sentence for which I have also provided my humble translation and a question.

Sentence: 那老太太十分有錢,可是她老是穿一件又舊又難看的藍衣服。
Translation: That old woman has enough money, but she always wears the same, old, ugly, blue dress.

Question: Is the phrase 十分 properly placed? If so, would the meaning of the sentence change, if it were placed between 有 and 錢? Are both placements correct?

Explanation:
old woman 老太婆
old lady 老太太
you could say:
That old lady is rich enough, but...
Just my opinion

Here 十分 modifies 有钱,and in Chinese you can\'t say insert 十分 between 有 and 钱。
So, 十分 is properly placed. And you can\'t say 有十分钱。

I would like to thank Haiyang, wherestip, and everyone else for their very helpful answers. I now have a much better notion of the meaning and use of the term 十分.

I am awarding my points to Haiyang, because he did the most to answer my question -- namely, proper placement of the word 十分, not its meaning. In fact, my real problem lay with the use of 有錢. Indeed, my question never would have arisen, had I thought of 有錢 as an adjective, rather than a verb phrase, as I mistakenly did.

Thank you, once again,

Hamo

十分有钱 (simplified GB2312)
extremely wealthy

Explanation:
an old and ugly blue outfit.

It's not necessarily a dress. It could very well be 蓝制服 which was standard clothing in the Mao era.
