peer agreement (net): +3| 束臂试验 CFT/capillary fragility test Explanation: 2)束臂试验 又称为毛细血管脆性试验。当毒物刺激或药物过敏等发生时，毛细血管的完整性受到破坏，其脆性或通透性增高，就会出现束臂试验阳性。试验方法是用血压计的袖带以加压的方法，暂时截断血流，持续5～10分钟。之后于前臂屈侧皮肤划直径2.5cm的圆圈，计数圈内出血点的数目。正常男性出血点少于5个，正常女性少于10个。毛细血管脆性试验阳性的人，其紫癜多由于血管壁病变引起。 36.毛细血管脆性试验(CFT)： 化验介绍: 当毛细血管本身的结构和功能、血小板的质和量以及体液因子有缺陷或受到某些化学物质、物理因素的作用时，毛细血管的脆性和通透性增加。本试验是用物理加压方法，统计新出血点的数目来估计毛细血管的损害程度的。 参考值: M（男）：0-5个 F（女）：0-10个 [6.7kPa，15min（分）] 临床意义: 本试验阳性者见于： （1）血管凝因素引起的出血，如遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症、某些原因所引起的紫癜、坏血病、糖尿病、高血压等。 （2）血小板数量减少或功能缺陷引起的出血，如原发性或继发性血小板减少性紫癜、血管性假血友病、血小板无力症及血小板病等。 （3）亦见于肝脏疾患、慢性肾炎、严重凝血障碍及传染病等。 -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs 13 mins (2004-05-01 20:07:36 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://www.healthcentral.com/mhc/top/003395.cfm http://www.mdadvice.com/library/test/medtest117.html http://health.allrefer.com/pictures-images/capillary-fragili... |
