简单的说就是由于你个人或银行或银联公司的原因导致该比款没能成功转入指定账户，而由系统自动将之前所发生的交易额及其他附属费用返还到支付人卡中的过程。

也就是转帐时出现交易已冲正说明转账不成功，当银行转账交易出现如通讯超时等异常情况时，交易发起方自动或人工发起银行转账冲正交易，取消原转账交易。您转出去的钱过一段时间后重新打回您的卡里。
