study, graduates aained a professional
title: graduate lower primary teacher with
augmented subject or graduate lower primary
teacher. In the period from 1998 to 2006,
102 students graduated from the Teacher
Education College Rijeka. Based on Article
2 of the Regulation on Standardization of
Professional Titles discussed at the session
of the Faculty Council of the Faculty of
Teacher Education Rijeka on 28 October
2008, it was determined that the professional
titles acquired upon completion of the
professional undergraduate studies at the
Faculty of Teacher Education Rijeka or its
predecessors correspond to the professional
titles from Article 74 of the Law on Scientific
Activity and Higher Education

Rijeci diplomirala su 102 studenta. Člankom
2. Pravilnika o izjednačavanju stručnih nazi-
va, donesenoj na Sjednici Fakultetskog vijeća
Učiteljskog fakulteta u Rijeci, održanoj 28.
listopada 2008.godine, utvrđuje se da stru-
čni nazivi stečeni završetkom stručnih dodi-
plomskih studija na Učiteljskom fakultetu
u Rijeci i njegovim pravnim prethodnicima,
odgovaraju stručnim nazivima iz članka 74.
Zakona o znanstvenoj djelatnosti i visokom
obrazovanju. Time diplomirani učitelj s po-
jačanim predmetom (u trajanju od četiri go-
dine) i diplomirani učitelj (u trajanju od četi-
ri godine) stječu naziv
stručni/a prvostupnik/
prvostupnica (baccalaureus/baccalaurea) primar-
nog obrazovanja.
