I'm not sure what 'po' in 2. means (is it 'after'?); also, 'pod' in 3. (is it that the lawyer is supposed to deliver it?)

It's very usual for lawyers to receive official documents on behalf of their clients.

so "Heirs (listed) under III to VI will be served by sending this document to their lawyer XY

"Nasljednica pod II" must have previously authorised "nasljednik pod I" to receive documents on her behalf, so any document would be served to her care of "nasljednik pod I".
