| Reference: izvršitelj Reference information: osoba koja provodi ostavinski postupak zakonskim nasljeđivanjem mogla bi biti možda "administrator of the estate"...., no ovdje se govori o "izvršitelju ostavine" pa nisam sigurna je li odgovarajući izraz za kontekst, pogotovo što je tu još i "ovlaštenik ostavine"... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2009-03-31 22:19:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- no, prema engleskom pravu, ako osoba ne ostavi ostavi oporuku administratori se imenuju po nekom redoslijedu, koji ipak započinje s onim što se kod nas kaže prvim nasljednim redom pa nadalje, tako da bi možda bilo moguće da nasljednik bude i "administrator" (izvršitelj)... ali u hrvatskom taj izraz izvršitelj ostavine nisam srela, nisam sigurna što znači "izvršavati ostavinu", hm? Činiti s njom što se hoće, ili nešto što se zakonski s njom treba učiniti? Valjda će naići netko tko zna... |
