neutral  bonafide1313: imo nije dovoljno precizno, jer CC može imati različite sadržaje (čak bih rekla da se više izdaje kao potvrda da su plaćeni svi porezi), pa bi mu se moralo ev. dodati Police CC ili sl., no, opet, takve potvrde ne izdaje uvijek policija...

ovo je vrlo informativan link o načinima na koji se dobije uvjerenje o nekažnjavanju i kako se ta uvjerenja u pojedinim zemljama nazivaju... samo uvjerenje iznimno se naziva "Police clearance certificate", a i većina zemalja uopće izbjegava riječ "police" u nazivima tih dokumenata, iako je naravno jasno da evidencije pretpostavljam uglavnom vodi policija...

mislim također da je potrebno voditi računa o kontekstu, čini se da se radi o sudjelovanju pravne osobe na raspisanom natječaju (tenderu), po mom mišljenju i iskustvu bilo bi dosta teško naći primjer u kojem bi tenderska dokumentacija zahtijevala "police clearance certificate", to bi jednostavno, (naravno po mom mišljenju) kako bih rekla, bio prekolokvijalan i "preoštar, predirektan" naziv za ovo uvjerenje
