Svi ovi termini imaju različita pravna značenja i NE MOGU stajati jedni umjesto drugog (to su stepeni važenja akta u pravnom sistemu, gdje je gradacija otprilike zamjena-stavljanje van snage-ukidanje-pništavanje; to ne znam najpreciznije objasniti, neke imaju dejstvo unapred, a neke i retroaktivno, tj.ukidaju njegova pravna dejstva i unazad ne samo od tog momenta)
