p.p. ..., Notary Public
Explanation:
p.p. before the other person's title,
Notary Public underneath

or Notary Public Assessor on behalf of, but... :

Write the initials p.p. before your signature, which should be above the person's name for whom you are signing. The initials p.p. is Latin for per procurationem (per pro) and means the power is delegated to you to sign on that person's behalf and is used commonly in the business world. It is sometimes seen vice versa: p.p. before the other person's name, but this is a common mistake.

Sign your name and next to or underneath, write "on behalf of" or "for," then the other person's name. This is good for personal letters or thank you notes.

Procuration (pro persona), or shortly per pro., or simply p.p.

A common usage of per procurationem occurs in business letters, which are often signed on behalf of another person. For example, given a secretary authorized to sign a letter on behalf of the president of a company, the signature takes the form:

p.p. Secretary's Signature
President's Name

Da

p.p. Notary Public Assessor _________ (signature)
Notary Public, his name

I mislim da je ta varijanta prikladnija ali, u svakom slučaju, druga opcija bi bila

Notary Public Assessor on behalf of Notary Public

Notes to answerer
/potpis prisjednika/ /ime prisjednika/ Notary Public /ime javnog bilježnika/, a ako ide bez p.p. onda istim redosliedom ali ispod imena prisjednika ide "on the behalf of". Zahvaljujem na već navedenom obrazloženju.
