disagree  Daryo: "sudski tumač" can work for years AS "sudski tumač" without ever setting foot in a courtroom. It only means "empowered by the court to certify translations"

Thanslations Logbook

Explanation:
Ta se knjiga u stvari pravilno zove "Dnevnik prijevoda i ovjera". Svaki imenovani stalni sudski tumač Republike Hrvatske mora voditi evidenciju o svom radu i ovjerama prijevoda u tom dnevniku. To je propisano Pravilnikom o stalnim sudskim tumačima ("Narodne Novine" br. 88/08), čl.18.

Sorry, "Translations" not "Thanslations" greška!

Reference: log book of translations

Reference information:
I've found this in a sentence about sworn translators in Slovakia which obviously has a similar system to Croatia. I'd use log book, seems only logical too.
