Izvornici odluka, nagodbi i ostalih akata zadržavaju se u odgovarajućem spisu, a strankama se dostavljaju u ovjerenom prijepisu (otpravak), odnosno u ovjerenom prijevodu ako je zahtjev za izdavanje odluke na jeziku nacionalne zajednice ili manjine utemeljen na zakonu ili međunarodnom ugovoru (čl. 88.st. 2. SP). Potvrda i isprave sastavljene kod suda izdaju se strankama u izvorniku, a za sudski spis zadržava se prijepis (kopija) izvornika (čl. 88. st. 3. SP).

Otpravak je prijepis izvornika koji se izrađuje po službenoj dužnosti radi dostavljanja strankama i drugim zainteresiranim osobama (čl. 89. st. 1. SP).
