Czech term or phrase: předmět zdanitelného plnění, uskutečnění z.p.
The term is from a sales contract, from the part dealing with invoicing for services/goods delivered on Net 30 term. All I can find is z.p. =taxable supplies. Is there a better term commonly used?

English translation:scope of the taxable supply, to carry out the taxable Supply
Explanation:
The term "taxable supply" is a legal tax definition as such. There is no other "substitute" for "zdanitelne plneni".

http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/pri/en/oj/dat/2000/l_269/l_2692... - page 2, "person liable for tax, Article 1 letter a) "the taxable person carrying out the taxable supply of goods or services..."

Back to invoicing with VAT (Value Added Tax) and stipulating \"datum uskutecneni zdanitelneho plneni\" ve smlouve, the term \"tax point\" is generally used, although a contract should read \"the day when the taxable supply IS EFFECTED\".

Hope this helps.

agree  Jirina Nevosadova: datum uskutecneni zdanitelneho plneni is translated "date of taxable performance. My American customer adviced me that.

-> Disagree. Americans are not gen.familiar with the application of VAT..The "taxable supply" is a legal definition, introduced by the EU Sixth VAT Directive in 1977. I practiced tax lawyer for 9 years, 4 years only in EU VAT group.
