We use "honest" in Australia. Commonly also in food stores and in their promotions of ingredients and products - for example "honest natural raw ingredients".
I used the same in my ice cream shop when I still had it :-)

Nebo i "righteous", jakkoli je to výraz trochu archaický a knižní, třeba na americkém Středozápadě jsem jej slyšel používat, i jako ohodnocení věcí, třeba té polévky (používáno s trochou nadsázky, ale v hovorové řeči)

"Genuine" se hodí spíše pro ty suroviny, zatímco pro práci pekařů (např.) by se spíš hodilo "honest".

Nelze použít jen 1 výraz - jedná se o fráze


Explanation:
Každý z těch výrazů je fráze, tak nejde použít jeden univerzální výraz.
Poctivá česká/německá/americká/atd. polévka by šla přeložit nejspíš jako "truly", "real", "authentic" Czech/German/American.
Poctivé suroviny, pokud řekneme i zemi původu, bylo by možno použít "true", ale spíše "genuine".
Poctivá práce pekařů, nevím, jak by kdo bral "honest work of bakers", ale "hard work of bakers" (coby těžká práce) by se asi dalo použít. Jinak s panem Lonským 100% souhlas.
