...ktere slovo je nejstarsi?

I have been sent this message, and I believe it is in Czech. My limited knowledge, and an on-line dictionary, tell me:

The longest word is ???, ???, which is the oldest word?

Can someone please confirm/explain the full meaning of the sentence?

Many thanks

agree  ireznicek: it is perhaps more complex because the word nej... is a play on the ability of Czech to go into munite details of diminution, which is impossible to render well in English, but the meaning would be "most round in the most munite way"

"most circle-like"

Explanation:
Someone has entered this version to wikipedia. :-)

Anyway, the word "nejkulaťoulinkatější" is in fact a nonsense word. The proper word with this meaning would be "nejkulatější".
But as mentioned above, it is a funny word, well-known to everyone, used as a tongue-twister, but never actually used in real. :-)

the roundest of them all

Explanation:
It is perhaps not strictly grammatical ... but after reading tons of Terry Pratchett and other books .. it just popped into my mind :-)
