disagree  Jakub Skřebský: S pojmem residency bych byl opatrny. V UK se casto pouziva ve vyznamu "pobyt v zemi" (napr. v zalezitostech povoleni k trvalemu pobytu pro imigranty). viz www.homeoffice.gov.uk

  -> předpokládám, že jde o překlad české nájemní smlouvy pro cizince v čr. tento návrh by dle vaší poznámky byl paradoxně vhodnější než ten druhý, s nímž jste naopak souhlasil.

Explanation:
Jenom bych připomněla, se hlásíme k trvalému pobytu, uvádíme místo trvalého pobytu, ale nahlašujeme trvalé bydliště...Český jazyk v uvedeném větě je skutečný paskvil.
Navíc je tam i věcná chyba...dle české právní úpravy z místa trvalého pobytu se přihlášený musí odhlásit osobně - nikdo to za něj udělat nemůže, tedy ani nový nájemník či majitel bytu (domu)
