Difficult one to call - this is actually the term that I used (and the client was OK with it), although Igor's suggestion might come closer - give yourself a notional point and I owe you a beer :) Good debate - thanks to all contributors.

-> "mail order fee" mi nic nehovori, viem len tolko ze vsetky extra vydavky su pod S&H. Ako ich zaplatim? Zvycajne sekom, co sa stava velmi zriedkavo. Platobnou kartou sa nezaobera "delivery person".

collect on delivery

Explanation:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collect_on_delivery

This type of transaction is better known as cash on delivery. However, as other forms of payment became more common, the word "cash" was replaced with the word "collect" to incorporate transactions with checks, credit cards or debit cards.

This is the right term in a case of paying using credit od debit cards.

pokial by sme hovorili o dobierke ako poplatku, tak by som uvazoval s vyrazom "mail order fee", ale to nie je tento pripad.
