purchasing an apartment into private ownership Explanation: Ne, že by to bylo zrovna moc hezké, nicméně to takto používají např. v odkazu níže (angličtina je podle mě slušná, i když jde samozřejmě o překlad). Obdobně i Chromá (private ownership of flats = osobní vlastnictví k bytům), družstevní byt = byt co(-)operative apartment / flat - odtud "cooperative ownership".
