peer agreement (net): +1judgment with the legal force clause Explanation: Postup je následující: člověk se rozvede, přijde mu domů rozsudek. Po 30 dnech tento rozsudek nabývá právní moci. S tímto rozsudkem tedy jede člověk na soud, kde si nechá do rozsudku vepsat onu doložku o právní moci rozsudku. Tento rozsudek s informací o nabytí právní moci pak předloží městskému úřadu, který mu vydá nový občanský průkaz, kde bude uvedeno "rozvedený". |

judgement with marked/confirmed legal validity Explanation: Použití "clause" by bylo v tomto případě zavádějící, protože "doložka" obvykle znamená zvláštní ujednání - často standardní - "doložka právní moci" je pouhé označení nastalé skutečnosti, a to, že rozsudek nelze napadnout řádným opravným prostředkem a je tedy konečný. To, že se používá razítka, do jehož otisku se doplňuje konkrétní datum, nehraje žádnou roli. |
