Asker: Dobry den, velice dekuji za tak rychlou odpoved. Co jsem zatim procital, tak "claim" jako preklad pro slovo "pohledavka" ja zrejme nejpouzivanejsi. Sam jsem zatim dosel k tomuto prekladu: "Substative legal means to ensure claims", dale take "Substative legal remedies of the claim ensurement".

Asker: Vsem moc dekuji za odpovedi. Nejsem si jist slovem "liability", vzdy kdyz zadam do nejakeho slovniku slovo "pohledavka", vyjede mi jako preklad "claim" nebo "debt". Ale libi se mi posledni Vas napad, takze bych to videl takto: " In rem instruments to secure claim". Zda se mi to mnohem jasnejsi nez moje verze.
