nepravomocný

English translation: non-final

07:22 Jul 17, 2013
Czech to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / typ rozsudku
Czech term or phrase: nepravomocný
Např zde: "Okresní soud v Pardubicích v nepravomocném rozsudku ze dne 27. října 2006, jehož se stěžovatel dovolává, pak ve skutečnosti otázku přechodu majetku..."

Domnívám se, že v US právu je běžný termín non-final (i varianty "non final", dokonce i "nonfinal")

Je toto správný překlad i pro kontext Evropského soudu pro lidská práva?

Předem děkuji.
