Jedná se o formulář s titulem - příkaz k dodání do výkonu trestu, které vydalo krajské ředitelství police. Odsouzený (jehož údaje se na tomto formuláři nacházejí) byl odsouzen k trestu odnětí svobody v České republice za své nepřítomnosti, ale jelikož se zde nenachází, posílá se tento příkaz společně s rozsudky do UK. Zřejmě se nacházi v této zemi.

I don’t think this would work, Ms Jakubikova. Commit does not equate to dodat here (it is the court that commits [“imprisons”] the offender, whereas dodání is a job for the police).

Following the red trail left behind by Michaela as she swept through this page and availed us of her expertise, I decided to revisit this. Couldn't it simply be an “arrest warrant”/”warrant of arrest” (notwithstanding the existence in Czech of a “příkaz k zatčení”/”zatýkací rozkaz”), issued after someone fails to report to prison? The asker perhaps led us astray with her explanation as, in fact, a “příkaz” does not necessarily have anything to do with extradition.
