Dobrý večer, pardon, nevšiml jsem si vašich reakcí. Zajímavé. No ale není to podle citátů, které uvádíte, opravdu v hrubých rysech podobné? Nejedná se o trestný čin (nebude ve výpisu z rejstříku), užívá se v nejasně vymezené skupině případů, není to fine ve smyslu „peněžitý trest uložený soudem“, není-li zaplacena, následuje vymáhání. Rozdíl vidím snad jen v tom „předchozím souhlasu“ – ale jistě takový rozdíl z toho nedělá jinou věc, to je jako by soud nešlo přeložit jako court, protože v Anglii mají porotu.

FWIV Chromá uvádí v hesle „blokový“ jednak mojí variantu s fixed penalty „administrative hearing on a ticket“, což má ale na gůglu jen tři výskyty, všechny české.

Teď koukám, že po 6 týdnech vám to ale už bude platné, jak mrtvému zimník, omlouvám se.

Asker: Děkuji za odpověď. Nejsem si však jist, zda definice "fixed penalty notice" na Wikipedii PŘESNĚ odpovídá českému řízení o blokové pokutě.

Asker: Bloková pokuta je jednou z možností potrestání za spáchaný přestupek, pokud je tento spolehlivě zjištěn, nestačí jej vyřešit domluvou a obviněný z přestupku je ochoten pokutu zaplatit. V blokovém řízení ale nelze řešit přestupky, které lze projednat jen na návrh. Vzhledem k předchozímu souhlasu se zaplacením se již proti uložené blokové pokutě nelze odvolat.[1] Jestliže nebude pokuta zaplacena na místě, vydá se blok na pokutu na místě nezaplacenou, který může sloužit jako podklad pro nařízení a vedení exekuce, pokud nebude ve stanovené lhůtě splatnosti uhrazen.

Asker: Fixed penalty notices (FPNs) were introduced in Britain in the 1950s to deal with minor parking offences. Originally used by police and traffic wardens, their use has extended to other public officials and authorities, as has the range of offences for which they can be used. In recent years, this has taken the form of using them to give police and public authorities in England, Scotland and Wales a realistic weapon against anti-social behaviour. They are designed to reduce paperwork on police and council officers by allowing low-level anti-social behaviour to be dealt with on the spot. Newer types of notice exist for disorder, environmental crime, truancy and noise. A fixed penalty notice is not a fine[1] or criminal conviction and the recipient can opt for the matter to be dealt with in court instead of paying. However if the recipient neither pays the penalty nor opts for a court hearing in the time specified, the penalty may be increased by 50% and registered against the recipient as a fine.[2] It may then be enforced by the normal methods used to enforce unpaid fines, including imprisonment in some circumstances.
