Czech term or phrase: doklad neznějící na žadatele
From a letter from the tax authority in response to a claim for a VAT refund. The full sentence:
Nelze provést vrácení daně na základě doklad neznějícího na žadatele.

Obviously that should be '...na základě dokladU neznějícího na žadatele' and I'm guessing it means something like 'not containing the applicant's name/details' (I know it doesn't, from further on in the letter!) - can someone please confirm this, or make another suggestion?

Many thanks!
