application to secure the requesting of a person (from a foreign State) Explanation: In terms of terminology, we’re in the realm of the European Arrest Warrant (executing state – vykonávající stat; requesting state – vyžadující stat), so it’s best to keep to “requesting” Beck also uses "requesting of a person" |
